My last trip was exciting. For the first time, I went to Pacitan in East Java. Actually, it was a work trip from my former office. We had a schedule to organize some events at a museum in Pacitan. My two seniors and I came to Pacitan to do a survey for the events.
I went to Pacitan just for a day. Our main destination was Museum Song Terus. It was the museum that became the venue of our events.
Several months ago, when I visited the museum, my team prepared two public discussions. One was for tourist agents, and the other was for school teachers. In the museum, I met the museum staffs, and we discussed about the events.
The museum itself was very interesting. Museum Song Terus collects many artefacts from prehistoric era in Punung, a region in Pacitan. Besides a museum, there was also a cave called Terus.
Sadly, I did not enter the cave with my friends. I didn't enter the museum, either! It was because my team and I were so busy preparing for the events.

Nevertheless, we took some photos of the museum's building because it was so huge and it had a unique architectural design. The museum's building had many ornaments resembling stalactites because it was inspired by the cave. Although it was hot when I visited Pacitan, I felt the weather was cooler inside the museum.
After we finished preparing the events in the museum, my team and I strolled around Pacitan City. We also visited a restaurant in front of the SBY & Ani Museum and Gallery.

The museum was very popular among local tourists because it was owned by the family of the 6th president of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. In my opinion, SBY & Any Museum seemed busier from the outside than the other museum we visited previously. But, again, we did not enter that museum because we had to go home.
I hope I have another chance to visit those two interesting museums in Pacitan someday!
